With just one piece of cardstock I was able to make 10 different card fronts! This is what we call a 'one sheet wonder'. Taking a piece of naturals cardstock I stamped with the Autumn Leaf Prints stamp set. To give the leaves a real colourful look I used the 'rock n' roll' technique. The rock n'roll technique is very simple - you take your stamp, ink it with one colour and then lightly roll the edges over another coloured ink, therefore giving you a multi-coloured image.
To embellish the cards, or to dress them up a bit, I used pieces of ribbon and brads. The salutations on the cards are from It's Your Birthday, All Year Cheer I, All Year Cheer II and the sympathy message is from Close as a Memory.
I just realized its the first day of spring and here I am stamping cards that look very 'fall' like! I borrowed the Autumn Leaf Prints stamp set from my good friend Stacey - I LOVE this stamp set. This is a great set to make more masculine themed cards since quite often I tend to make more 'flowery' and 'girly' themed cards!
Thanks for taking a look and happy stamping! May the rain stop and the sun shine!!
