Well we're definitely not used to this amount of snow for this many consecutive days here on the south island. In Isaac's 6 1/2 years he's only had snow like this once before. I'd say he's enjoying the snow much more now. Now he's a little more adventurous and happily sleds down through the yard over and over again! Daddy built him a snow jump that he flies over and was not stopping until he piled up into the fence at the far side of the property. We had to change his stopping techniques because Daddy wasn't too happy when he ran over more than a few of the sprinkler heads that were sticking up. Now he aborts the sled before he reaches the fence!

His sister, however, will do anything for a little (or a lot) of adventure. The faster the sled can go the better! She spends a great deal of her time eating the snow. Yes, we've given her the 'don't eat yellow snow' speel! Emma runs around and throws herself face first into the snow, she loves it! Once her cheeks, lips and chin have turned purple from the cold we bring her in! haha

Isaac didn't get too far on this run. He colided and landed on his face! Notice the 'cuffs' on Emma's coat, its tape. Good ol' Daddy had a Red Green moment and taped Emma's mittens on. He was right, they stayed on this time!
