One month to go...

till we bid farewell to our current catalogue. Remember to contact me if there is anything you would like to order from the current catalogue.

I must also mention that we have been notified from head office that there will be a price increase in the next catalogue, due July 1. The price increases are largely due to Stampin' Up!'s increased costs for supplies such as; paper, rubber and wood, along with the increased cost of producing the finished product.

Stampin' Up! has assured us that there will be no increased shipping costs which is nice to know since we all know how expensive it is getting anywhere these days!

I stamped the card to the right about a month ago. I used the Autumn Leaf Prints stamp set. I have only had this stamp set for a short time but it has become one of my favorite! I am sad that it's retiring. I made this card for one of my monthly demonstator challenges. The challenge was to use paper from the In Colour family since it's retiring also. So the colours used are True Thyme, Cranberry Crisp and Marigold Morning cardstock. I used a word window frame from the Hodgepodge Hardware set. I applied some white craft ink to the metal tag and let it dry for a minute or two and then rubbed it to give it a more weathered look (kinda hard to see in the picture). I also added a clip from Hodgepodge Hardware and a piece of ribbon to the top corner to finish the card off.

Time to tend to my son...
